Beat Essentials was a great place for our family vacation! Everyone had a fantastic time - the younger kids, teenagers, and adults! The one rainy day, we were able to find fun games to play together. On the sunny days, we relaxed on the lake beach, grilled back at the house, and then got in the hot tub at night. We'll definitely rent here again!

Highly recommend! Place was exactly as advertised and Ginni is a great host. Lots of thoughtful touches: we loved the comfy couches and fireplace, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were cute and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay, this place was everything it said it would be. The community offered lots to do, and though we only made use of the Epic Sledding Hill this time, it seems definitely like a place we would come back to. The beds were comfortable and the game area was incredibly fun! We made very good use of the kitchen, and there was lots of space for us all to spread out. Thanks for such a lovely winter's escape!

This was the perfect place for a Poconos weekend with two families. The kids had their own space; the parents had their space. It was convenient to all the major attractions. Equally important, Ginni was incredibly responsive and attentive. Our questions were answered immediately, she offered more help if we needed it, and was proactive about things before we could even think about it. As we pulled out of the driveway, the kids asked when we could come back. It was a great place!

Our family (7 people and 2 dogs) stayed at Jeff and Ginni’s cabin in the woods for a family NYE celebration and it was an AMAZING stay. They were very responsive to all of our questions and immediately had the property manager over when they discovered there was no gas. That little ‘hiccup’ was promptly addressed and the fireplace was running for us the morning of NYE! The house was perfect and very spacious for us all to spread out and play family games while celebrating the holiday! The hot tub was very easy to operate and was hot upon arrival to enjoy after a long drive! Our family had a blast during our stay and enjoyed Pac-Man, billiards, hot tub, wrap around deck, open floor plan, heated floors & multiple TVs to watch the ball drop! Most of us loved the firm mattress, but some could not wait to return home for theirs 😆 One of our most memorable family vacations yet! Would recommend AWD or 4x4 in winter as roads are not all paved and driveway is very steep

We loved the place, it was very nice, quiet, and clean with lots of things to do. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again, which I plan for the summer. It's a beautiful place to stay and enjoy with your family and friends. High 5 stars for sure! Thank you for letting us stay.

Great Pocono home for our long weekend trip! Upon arrival we found the home to be extremely clean, spacious, and cozy as well with its two gas fireplaces. Plenty of nice windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The property host and owner were available any time had there been a need for something. Overall an excellent home for any time of the year! 5 stars for sure!!

We had a great weekend at this house! Ginny was a fabulous host and the place was beautiful, cozy yet big. Lots to do and great parking! The Bear theme was so cute and fun! Hot tub was the cleanest in an AirBnb since I started renting ! So close but yet secluded. Can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Ginni and Jeffrey were communicative hosts and the home was perfect for our weekend getaway with young children. The welcome card and gifts were a great touch. Photos and descriptions were accurate. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and also had some spices. The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was a binder with info on the owners, nearby stores and activities which was really helpful. The community was really cute with a surprise weekend Santa activity for the kids. The driveway is really long and steep and it happened to snow, but someone came quickly to salt the driveway. Wouldn't hesitate to book this house again!

Ginni was awesome!!! From the minute I reserved to the end of our stay, she was always available to help. Super friendly and attentive!!! The house was even better than the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, great hot tub/game room, cozy beds/linens, and super clean. 11 outta 10…we will be back!!!
